Ackroyd, Samuel William [1893-1979. UK. Architect]

 

Samuel William Ackroyd was born in Elland, Yorkshire, England on 16 January 1893. He was elected an Associate of the Royal Institute of British Architects (ARIBA) in 1920 and a Fellow of the Royal Institute of British Architects (FRIBA) in 1931.

His address was given as 22 Gladstone Street, Hull in 1920; 148, Powis Street, Woolwich, London in 1926; and 177 Avery Hill Road, Eltham, London and Commonwealth Buildings, Albion Road, Woolwich, London in 1939. He died in Huddersfield, Yorkshire in 1979
