Adams, Arthur H. [-. UK. Woodcarver/Sculptor]

 

Arthur H. Adams [also known as A.H. Adams] was active as a woodcarver and sculptor in Birmingham, England in the 1920s. An elephant carved in boxwood by him was shown in the 12th exhibition of the Arts & Crafts Exhibition Society [part of the Exhibition of Decorative Art] at the Royal Academy in London in 1923. He also participated in the 17th Annual Exhibition of Works by Artists of the Northern Counties at the Laing Art Gallery in Newcastle upon Tyne in 1925. His address was given as 127 King’s Street, Birmingham
