Eberhard Abele [also known as Emil Abel] was born in Regensburg, Germany on 5 June 1871. He worked as an architect in Aachen from c.1900 onwards and was director of the Kunstgewerbeschule in Aachen frrom 1904 to 1913.
Abele was a member of the Bund Deutscher Architekten (BDA) and the Deutscher Werkbund. His address was given as Emmichstr, 158, Aachen in 1920.
