Liisa Hilkka-Ahola [also known as Liisa Hikka Ahola] was born in Helskini, Finland, in 1920 and studied at the Taideteollisuuskeskuskoulu in Helsinki. She worked as a ceramist and glass artist and was employed by Arabia between 1947-74
