A. Reason & Sons Ltd. was a furniture manufacture founded in Lewisham, London some time before 1951. Photographs of the Cresta’ suite and the the ‘Camberley’ suite designed by Laurence A. Reason and made by A. Reason & Sons Ltd. are illustrated in ‘Decorative Art’ 1952-53 (pp.26, 27); a photograph of the ‘Milford’ fireside chair designed by Laurence A. Reason and made by A. Reason & Sons Ltd. is illustrated in ‘Decorative Art’ 1954-55 (p.59); and a photograph of the ‘Kirby’ dining chair with a hardwood frame, designed by Laurence A. Reason and made by A. Reason & Sons Ltd. is illustrated in ‘Decorative Art’ 1958-59 (p.30). Examples of furniture by A. Reason & Sons Ltd. featured in the Homes and Gardens pavilion at the Festival of Britain South Bank Exhibition in 1951
