Gerald M. Adams worked as staff designer for General Electric in the 1950s and 1960s. A photograph of a programmer comparator designed by Gerald M. Adams and George A. Beck for General Electric is illustrated in ‘Industrial Design’ vol.7, no.12, December 1960 (p.85). The product was selected for the ‘Industrial Design’ magazine Annual Design Review.
