A. Mackay & Co. were furniture manufacturers with premises in Glasgow, Scotland. The painter and furniture designer Charles Mackay (1868-) worked for the company. Photographs of a dulled mahogany dressing table and a chest of drawers, designed by Charles Mackay and executed by A. Mackay & Co. are illustrated in ‘Decorative Art’ 1927 (p.106).
