Gyorgy Adler worked a poster designer in Hungary from the 1920s to the 1940s. He designed posters for ‘Magyar Magazin’ (1929), EG-GÜ shoe polish (1936) Tungsram Krypton bulbs (1938) and Zizi candy (1941). During the 1930s he also designed a number of posters for Frutti Stühmer candy. A poster designed by Adler for Frutti Stühmer is illustrated in the September 1935 issue of ‘Commercial Art and Industry’ (p.82). Adler usually signed his posters ‘George’
